One More Bite

Join us as One More Bite sets up camp at the iconic Lancaster Castle over this August Bank Holiday Weekend for an action packed few days of food fun for all the family.....

Street Food // We have and will continue to scour the country to bring you the finest street food traders imaginable to trade inside the walls of Lancaster Castle. We're going for variety, original menus, great looking stalls and friendly stall holders. We want to work with the right people to make this event special for Lancaster & beyond!! From Bao Buns to Burritos & Paella to loaded crumble pots we will have you covered!!

Local food producers // We will be hosting a producers market around the outside of the Castle showcasing the best of the best from Lancashire, Cumbria, Yorkshire & beyond. Cheeses, wines, cured meats, bread, preserves & healthy life style products will all be on show, hopefully leading to you carrying on relationships with some old supplier or meeting new ones.

Craft Brews // We're so lucky in the North West to have so many amazing breweries / distilleries and our job is to show case as many of them as possible over the weekend, provide some amazing alternative gluten free & alcohol free products and again, introduce you to some great new suppliers. the funs in the sampling!! Alcohol will be available through our pop up bars on site and also to take away!!

Entertainment // DJs from near and far will converge on the Castle to provide the musical backdrop to our weekend within the walls of the Castle whilst outside we will have acoustic performers in and around the producers market.Kids will be kept company by a host of fun, food orientated workshops & demos whilst most traders will be offering children's sized meals.

Entry will be free at all times.
