Christmas Dog social and 5k fun run @ Thirst Chelmsford

Our Christmas dog event at Thirst Syndicate, Chelmsford, and we are SO excited. Combining our running event with our dog social and shop events, we bring you our newest on-lead dog social event, with amazing dog business stalls, a paw'secco bar and puppachino bar, a doggy Santas grotto, doggy santa sack for a gift, a photographer in attendance AND for those that want to, a 5k run with their dog. There is also a sociable 2.5k walking group option. Both runners and walkers will have speakers so we can blast the christmas tunes whilst we move!  

All participating dogs will also receive a dog run bandana. 

No obligation to run, there is a walking group and feel free to come along just for the social element. 

We started these events to tackle loneliness, get out in the fresh air, and do something fun with our dogs. 

The 5k run lead by pace setters (probably 28 and 32 minute 5ks) with speakers pumping out the tunes! Finishing up back at Thirst for a bev and a chat. All participating dogs will receive a doggy race bandana. We also have some NEW additions to the event, a doggy paw'secco and puppachino bar, a Santas grotto for photo opportunities and more! Thirst have a stunning venue for us to enjoy! Serving delicious coffee or alcohol.  Fab and Furry will be back painting LIVE paint portraits available to order on the day!

You do not need a dog to attend, and yes you can absolutely attend solo! 

This event is on Saturday 13th December 2025, open from 10.30am-12:30pm. Run start time 11am, please ensure you are there by 10.45 for run brief, group picture and warm up! We would love to see as many of you there as possible :)
