CMO Circle in Home Grown Private Members' Club

CMO Circle is a facilitated mastermind-style workshop for senior marketing leaders, and entrepreneurs running the company' marketing activities.

Being the marketing leader at a company (be it somebody else's company or your own) is a lonely role. You're responsible for the growth of the business, meeting KPIs, while you have to juggle several balls, satisfying several stakeholders.

Join fellow marketers, in a supportive and safe environment, to hear about their struggles and wins, form partnerships, learn from each other.

Who is it for?

• For senior marketers (CMO, marketing manager, Head of marketing etc) working for a company (even if you're the only marketer on board)

• For founders, CEOs who use marketing activities to promote their business (other than word of mouth).

• It's NOT for providers servicing marketers (if they register, they will be reimbursed the entry fee and denied access)

Where is it?

Hosted in the most thriving private members club in London, the stunning Home Grown Club in Marylebone, where everyone feels at home (and falls in love with the place). Their members will also be invited to join the CMO Circle.

Program

• 5.30: you arrive and sign in at the reception

• 5.30-6.30: after short intros, you're put into smaller groups.

• You share your marketing lessons from the previous month, then we regroup and identify key traps, and takeaways to learn from.

• In another group, everyone shares their wins, and after regrouping, we identify key winning techniques.

• In the last small group, you share challenges, and a fellow marketer might easily offer help, or a solution.

• 6.30-7.00: Topic of the month: how to find and establish successful collaborations to be stronger without doubling your efforts

• At 7 PM the official program finishes but you can stay for drinks and networking.

Facilitator: Timea Kadar

The workshop will be facilitated by Timea Kadar, a marketing professional with 23 years of experience. Timea worked as CMO at multinational companies before starting Francis Cooper Marketing Consultancy, where she mentors CMOs. She is the MSC Marketing Program Leader at Northumbria University (London Campus). She runs CMO Circles to create a safe place for fellow marketers.
