Join us on Friday 17th February where we'll be hosting a HIIT + Yin Yoga session with afterparty for our beautiful Sober Social community.
We'll begin our yang practice at 6.30pm with a High Intensity HIIT session to help us sweat, release some happy hormones and awaken that fire energy within the body.
After the HIIT we'll melt into the matt with a cooling Yin practice, restoring the body back to complete balance before switching things up at The Afterparty with food, drinks, drumming and live DJ.

Class Description
Amy's HIIT sessions are high energy, fun, dynamic. HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

Class Description
Roses Yin classes are creative and relaxing. Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time.
Both classes are suitable for all levels, with modifications available.
Ensure good hydration prior to attending to make the most out of the session.
After working up an appetite on the mat we'll move into the After Party with live DJ, drumming, barefoot dancing, food, drinks
