Week Three focuses on “Taking Notice” and features Karen Wilson from wellbeing who will lead a 10 minute session. In this event Karen, who is a mindfulness teacher, will be sharing a few words about how and why it can be helpful to take notice, she will then offer a short practice in mindfulness noticing. Students will then discuss ideas and examples of taking notice that they are experiencing at home. ‘The present moment is the only moment available to us’ - Thich Nhat Hanh
