Postponed: W&E 10th Birthday Beer Festival!

*UPDATE* - unfortunately due to ongoing public health concerns and public gatherings being advised against in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have decided that it is best for our guests and our staff to postpone this event. All tickets purchased will be still be valid for the new date (yet to be announced) and eligible for full refund (the details of which will be announced soon). We're incredibly sorry to call off an event that we were all so excited about, but it is truly the best call to make given the situation. Stay safe!

We are so proud to be approaching ten years of bringing great beer to Windsor, and to celebrate we're throwing a birthday party. And of course, you're invited.

We're throwing yet another all-inclusive beer festival for you to enjoy the greats of the craft beer industry with us, with a brand new selection of fantastic beers by companies and individuals that we absolutely love.

One ticket, all your beer.

Our full brewery line-up and tap list is yet to be announced, but you can expect another selection of absolutely cracking beers over the course of the weekend.

You'll get a souvenir tasting glass and access to the Brewhouse for your allotted session time, and you're free to go back and explore those beers as many times over as you fancy until the session is up, from classics by our old friends to new styles and experiments from the future of craft beer.

Session Times:

PLEASE NOTE THESE DATES ARE NO LONGER VALID, EVENT POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Friday April 24th, 6-10pm

Saturday April 25th, 12-4pm

Saturday April 25th, 5-9pm

FAQs:

What if I’m driving? What if I don’t really want the beers but I want to attend with my friends?

We know how important it is to stay responsible, so if you’re a designated driver attending our beer festival we don’t want you to miss out! Just select a “Non-Beer Drinker” ticket from the options for the session you want to attend. With this ticket, you won’t get a souvenir glass but you will get a token to redeem for a festival pour of a beer of your choice, and a free bottle of water or canned soft drink of your choice. And if you want anything else like wine or spirits, our regular taproom will be open as normal for you to purchase any additional beverages there.

Please note that anyone purchasing this ticket will not be given free access to the festival beers besides that which is redeemed by the initial token given, and anyone seen attempting to do so or go against the permissions granted by this ticket type will be refused service.

Is there going to be food?

Of course. Isn’t a proper festival without some good grub! On Friday night, local legends Test Kitchen will be serving in the back yard. Our food trader for Saturday is the fantastic Mexicali food truck, serving up loaded burritos, tacos and nachos!

Please note that these caterers will be charging for food, and that this is not included in your festival ticket.

Will there be entertainment?

On Friday night, local musician Damian Delahunty will be performing a high-energy solo set of a wide range of covers from 8-10pm.

On Saturday, after an absolutely fantastic set at our summer beer festival last year, the NRG duo will be performing from 7-9pm with a mix of rock, blues and festival favourites.

Can I bring my children?

Children are permitted entry to the festival without charge, although it is the sole responsibility of the guardian to ensure that they are fully supervised at all times. This festival takes place in a functioning factory with potentially slippery hard floors and a great deal of brewing equipment, and it is important to keep our younger guests safe and accompanied in such an environment.
