Come and join this HIIT class at Peak Body Fitness in North Beach..... exclusively for our Thursday singles

A 45 minute sweat session called HIIT- A High Intensity Interval Training session with a variety of body weight, cardio and strength exercises to challenge the entire body. Being a single event you will also get the chance to be partnered up with different people throughout the workout. 

The class will run for 45 minutes and then we have reserved a space to mingle at Froth overlooking the ocean. Enjoy a drink or some lunch (great pizzas) with your new found fitness friends (or new crush!)

Bring your bathers in case you want to go for an ocean dip after!

Just a HIIT class, everyone single.
