Join us at BoxiQ for a 45-minute class designed to get your heart racing and your energy high. No experience needed — the class is built for all levels! After class, we’ll cool down the right way, with some mingling at the onsite cafe.

Enough for a buzz, small enough to feel personal

​⏰ Class starts at 1:00 PM sharp
Arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and wrap up
