Become a Member

As a Member of Cocktails & Conversation you agree to the following conditions of membership.

As a Member of Cocktails & Conversation your membership fees are to be paid monthly in advance.
Your membership will be for a minimum of 1 month. You may place your membership on hold at any time, your membership can be frozen for a maximum period of 6 months after which time you will have to apply again.
Monthly Membership fees of £25 per month are to be paid in advance for via Pay Pal invoice. After which time you will be billed £25 per month with the option to cancel at any time.
Yearly Membership is billed as a one off payment of £100, after which time you will be billed £100 Per Year with the option to cancel at any time.
By making payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions
 
Client Membership

Let us know at least 3 hours in advance to be added to the guest list of an event.

If an event is fully booked we operate a first come first served policy.

You must provide 24h notice to cancel your membership.

You the client are sound of mind and body, do not have a criminal record.
You are  unattached and free to attend single events.

You agree to provide up-to-date, honest and accurate information about yourself in the registration process. You agree to supply a photograph that represents a true likeness.

You warrant and represent to us that all information you give to Cocktails & Conversation and our other clients is accurate, true and is not misleading.

You know of no other circumstance which may prevent you from being an active Cocktails & Conversation member and being a suitable introduction prospect for other members.

 
Personal Data

We will keep private and confidential your information, including but not limited to billing and other information provided during the registration process, phone calls and e-mail communications.
Under all other circumstances none of your personal details will be disclosed to any third party without your consent,
Except that you agree Cocktails & Conversation may do so in the belief that such action is necessary. For example:
To comply with the law & GDPR
To comply with legal process
To enforce the Terms and Conditions
To respond to claims that such content violates the rights of third-parties
We will not sell or rent out your personal information or disclose your email address to any third party without your permission. Cocktails & Conversation undertake to comply with all obligatory privacy and data protection laws regarding your personal information.
We take every step to vet the sincerity and intentions of members of Cocktails & Conversation before we make introductions.
