Reformer Workouts are a fully immersive experience, levelling up your traditional Pilates-based strength training.
The studio, located on Chapel Street has eight Reformer+ beds (the first of their kind in Manchester), and low lights with a green hue specifically designed to stimulate your endorphins for increased energy. State of the art headphones will also play a specially curated playlist throughout the class. Hermosa Protein Shakes are also available post class with a range of flavours on offer.

We will have 2 classes for you to book onto, 6:30pm and 7:30pm. We look forward to seeing you there!
