Join me for a workshop where you will explore and learn movement that works for your body in a comfortable, inclusive and body positive zone. The workshop focuses on building a character through movement, dance and audience interaction. Please arrive with time to settle in, class will start at 12:30pm on the dot.

Suitable for beginners! Learn movement & flow that suits your vibe, self love & positivity, crowd interaction & choreography. This will be a relaxed and judgement free zone, you do not need any previous experience..

You will be learning with Thorn Faustus founder of Venom Promotions @venom_promotions ; a multi skilled performer and event creator and manager. Thorn has been performing gore burlesque, alt burlesque and fire performance in a variety of shows up and down the country for several years. She has since created and managed multiple shows that include gore burlesque, burlesque, fire performance, live bands and pole dancers such as VENOM FEST, Venom & Velvet and SLVT.

What to wear: Make sure to bring kneepads! And wear what makes you feel comfortable, allows you to move and flow. You may want to wear something like leggings or joggers to begin with as it may be a bit chilly before we warm up. I personally like to wear an underwear set, baggy cropped jumper and joggers as this keeps me warm and the layers are easy to remove as I warm up. Many choose to wear clothes/bodysuits/lingerie/sets that feel sexy, that is also okay, wear what makesyou feel good!

Also, bring some heels and comfy socks. We will practice various moves and styles, heels are optional.

Bring water, and some snacks as we will have a little break! There will be a segment in which we will take videos of movement and practice flow.
