This is a day of slowness, of connection to our natural world and to our inner nature.

We start with an awareness meditation, to open our senses fully before walking slowing and consciously with deep Observation and a curious mind.

Later we will enjoy a \"sit spot\" practice - this is a practice within a practice and can be used anywhere and at any time. It allows you to feel the stillness within, align with the pace and rhythm of Nature and for your body to rebalance whilst earthing gently

We will also spend time with our journals. Interweaving our reflecting with direct writing prompts and exploring how our inner and outer landscapes mirror together.
