We would like to welcome you all to our Connections Workshop through out this workshop we’ll embark on a journey through ancient practises, Power Breath-work strengthening our connections with divine, exploring various activities deepening our connections to selfs and all relationships in our lives.

Energisers, energiser games, and ice breaker activities to bring energy into the space. Get people moving, having fun, and fully ensure your group's energy level is up, hearts open and everyone is ready to have a productive session!

Providing a safe supportive space opening up idea generation techniques to get your group into creative thinking mode, space perspectives and boost innovation. Help people to find new perspectives and build on the collective inspiration of your group

Exploring strategies, new tools and techniques for conflict resolution, problem solving and managing difficult situations in life.

Tools and techniques to analyse and understand complex situations, to unleash creativity and to discover new insights. Make sure your group explores the situation at hand and all participants get a thorough understanding before moving on to make decisions.

Workshop activities focused on decision making, goal setting and implementation. Guide your group through the process of narrowing down ideas.

Activities to support personal development and train new soft skills. Help your participants to reflect, grow self-awareness and learn new interpersonal skills.

You are welcome to come by yourself or with friends all are welcome even if you’ve not done everything like this before all the more reason to come join us 🌟
