Here’s something really exciting to try! Come and sample some amazing alcoholic concoctions - premium gins and vodkas distilled with native herbs and spices from our beautiful Hampshire countryside. Winchester Distillery produce small batches of perfection using their closely-guarded recipes as a guide and the distiller's twisted nose to fine tune each batch to perfection. Sample their Watercress Gin, Wasabi Vodka and Extra Dry Vermouth all matched with bites of deliciousness – chalk stream trout & watercress vol-au-vent, water buffalo & wasabi pie and Lyburn Old Winchester cheese & caramelised onion tartlet.
