A Creative Evening with Stoke-on-Trent’s Poet Laureate, Steven Beattie

Join us for an evening of poetry with Stoke-on-Trent’s Poet Laureate, Steven Beattie.

Steven will be talking about how he came to be awarded the Poet laureate title, his love of poetry as well as sharing some of his superb poetry. Steven will also be sharing some poetry prompts and encouraging the audience to put pen to paper. The perfect evening for poetry lovers and budding poets alike.

This is an adult event and will contain adult themes and language.

Stoke Library is located on South Wolfe Street, ST4 4SZ

Parking: A car park is located directly opposite on South Wolfe Street (ST4 4AD).

Additional Support: Assistance dogs are welcome.

Public transport links: The bus stop on Church Street is served by Routes 9 (D&G), 25 & 11 (First Potteries). The nearest Railway Station is Stoke-on-Trent Railway a 10 minute walk.
