COMEDY-OKE

* All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows.

* The event will proceed regardless of inclement weather or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control; no refunds will be given in such cases.

* Last entry is 19:45. After this time, entry may be refused with no refund.

* If you miss any portion of a event to arriving late, you will not be eligible for a refund for that portion.

* This event is for persons 18 years or older only. Valid, government-issued photo ID and proof of ticket must be produced upon request. Entry may be denied without a refund if ID or ticket cannot be shown.

* The venue reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose behavior is unsafe, disorderly, or in violation of venue rules, without refund.

* Tickets are a revocable license. Possession of a ticket does not guarantee admission if rules are breached or capacity is exceeded.

* The ticket is valid only for the date, time, and location specified. It will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

* By attending, you accept all risk incidental to the event, including any risk of injury or property loss, whether arising before, during, or after the event, except to the extent caused by gross negligence of the organiser, in compliance with applicable law.
