Clothes Swap - Day 2

The Rose Bruford Clothes Swap is back for its third year running...a now well-loved Bruford tradition!

Come and join us in C009, anytime between 11am to 5pm at Symposium.

We've been collecting donations of unwanted clothes via collection boxes across campus and Christopher Court in the run up to Symposium. These will make up a Clothes Swap Shop for the week. The premise is simple: you can come and take as many items as you want (for free!) with the promise of giving it another life.

The clothes swap promotes shopping second-hand, not giving in to constant consumerism and giving something a new life in favour of our planet!

This year, we've also added an addition of a Mending Café which will take place at the Swap Shop at 11am to 1pm on Wednesday 12th. Bring along anything with any wear or tear and we'll teach you how to sew it up, make do and mend and give something previously unwearable another life!

It's time to say no to fast fashion and yes to the planet and our wallets! Let's continue to champion sustainability in the Bruford Community.
