Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase & Entry
Tickets
1. This ticket is issued subject to the rules and regulations of the site owners, operators and management. Failure to comply will result in ejection from the site.
2. Every person entering the event site must have a valid ticket for the correct day in compliance with the event licensing.
3. There are multiple ticket types available for the event. Ticket holders are required to carefully check their tickets in advance of the event, mistakes cannot be rectified on the day.
4. The event promoter reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder.
5. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Booking fee and postage costs cannot be refunded. The festival reserves the right to offer for sale single day tickets closer to the event.
6. No duplicate tickets allowed for lost or stolen tickets.
7. No tickets may be used in competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the promoters consent; any ticket not complying with this will become void.
8. All advertised bills are subject to change, refunds will not be permitted in any such circumstances.
Admission
9. AGE RESTRICTION: 16+ event. 16 & 17 year old’s must be accompanied by an adult. No under 16’s will be permitted into the festival.
Valid ID is required for Entry. Valid forms of ID are Passport, Driver License and Portman prove it cards. Not providing the correct ID may result admission being refused and without a refund.
10. Ticket holders enter the site at their own risk. Neither the promoter nor site management can be held liable for personal injury or damage to customer property.
11. The event has a strict zero tolerance policy towards illegal substances as well as ‘legal highs’ refusal to comply may result in refused entry or ejection from the site.
12. Customers and their property may be subject to searches by security officials or sniffer dogs, on site. Refusal to comply will result in non-admission, prosecution and ejection from the site.
13. No illegal substances or anything that could be deemed as an offensive weapon are to be bought on site. Refusal to comply will result in non-admission, prosecution and ejection from the site.
14. The event promoter reserves the right to eject any person deemed to be putting themselves in danger or acting in an inappropriate manner towards other customers.
Prohibitions
15. Unauthorised use of photography or recording equipment is prohibited; audio and audiovisual equipment will be confiscated if brought onto the site.
16. No trading without prior consent of the event organisers.
17. No pets permitted onto the site, with the exception of special assistance animals.
18. No Alcohol, cans or glass bottles to be brought on site. Water and non-alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles with unbroken seals are permitted, to a maximum of 1 litre bottles.
19. No cycling/cycles allowed on site
20. No crowd surfing or moshing permitted.
21. No camping is permitted within the site or park.
22. No fires or BBQ’s permitted on site.
23. No gazebos, pop up tents, chairs, fisherman’s umbrellas or other items deemed to cause an obstruction are allowed on site.
General Information
24. Gate Opening Times: The gates to Wollaton Park will open at 9am. Entry to the Festival site will be at the times stated on your ticket / on our website. Gate Closing Times: Festival gates will close at 11pm. Park gates will close at midnight.
25. By attending this event, you give your express consent to be included within any film, photograph, audio and/or audio visual recording to be in all media for any purpose, any time in the world.
26. Licensed bars and food vendors will be operating on site, please drink responsibly.
27. Warning – Prolonged exposure to loud noise can damage your hearing.
28. Official merchandise will be sold by identified vendors on the event premises only.
29. Strobe lighting maybe used during the Festival.
30. There are no Pass Outs from the event

Customers with accessibility difficulties who need a full time assistant in order to attend the event are eligible to purchase 2-for-1 tickets, in order to bring a personal assistant or carer to the event at no extra cost. To apply for a 2-for-1 ticket, please buy a full price ticket, fill in the Access Requirement Form and provide us with a form of evidence as listed on the form in order to receive your personal assistant ticket.
