This gentle healing sound bath is a new moon, anxiety focused and manifesting sound bath guided by Megan who is a qualified sound healer, full-time spirit medium and qualified Reiki Master.

Megan will be using her 5 Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls that will connect you to your Endocrine System for higher chakra alignment, healing and releasing emotional imbalances.

Along with the singing bowls, you will be guided by Megan with a healing guided meditation specialising in anxiety. Megans guided meditations are alway written by herself and channeled by her spirit guides in order to help you and provide you with spiritual healing techniques to calm anxiety. She will also connect to your higher heart as Megan plays the heart chakra drum beat along with a guided meditation, you will connect to the gentle sounds of the Koshi chime, there will also be a grounding and protection exercise, calming core breathing exercises, along with the healing ocean drum and a guided meditation written and guided by Megan.

The New Moon is a time to manifest your ambitions, goals and embrace new and positive beginnings. New Moons are always below the horizon at its peak time but that doesn't matter, you can still feel the energies of the new moon. New Moons are also called 'the dark moon' as the Earths shadow is fully covering the lunar surface. But what does this mean for us spiritually? The New Moon, or the 'dark moon', can also bring up or resurface the darkest parts of us that we need to finally agree to get rid of instead of clinging on. It connects us to the darker or shall we say the parts of us that we hide even from ourselves, also known as 'your shadow self'. So if you want to heal parts of yourself that you've been struggling to for years, suffer with bad anxiety, work on forgiveness, work on yourself, or be ready to create a better version of you, then this New Moon sound bath is for you! You will also be surrounded in the Reiki healing energies from Megan, as a fully qualified Reiki Master she will provide any healing to where it is needed emotionally, physically or spiritually as well as using her 6ft Egyptian Copper Pyramid where you can sit inside and receive Reiki from Megan as well as picking a Tarot card for guidance, and if spirit are around, they will start to channel messages through Megan as she is a full-time Psychic Medium by day!
