Not sure which to choose?
In partner dancing, every dance has two roles - the Leader and the Follower.
The Leader: initiates and guides the movement - directing where the partnership goes, when to turn, and how the dance flows. It’s a creative and communicative role.
The Follower: receives and interprets those signals - responding, adding their own styling, and bringing the partnership to life. Following is just as skilled and expressive as leading.
These are dance roles, not gender roles. Anyone can lead, anyone can follow - choose whichever feels right or whichever you want to learn
