TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Tickets & Entry

• All tickets are valid for one person only and must be presented at the entrance.
• Tickets are valid only for the event, date and entry conditions specified on the ticket.
• Entry is subject to venue capacity, security checks and the venue’s admission policy.
• Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee entry if the attendee breaches these terms or the venue’s rules.

2. Age Restriction & ID

• The event is strictly 18+.
• Valid, original, government-issued photo ID may be required at the door.
• Photographs, screenshots or photocopies of ID may not be accepted.
• Anyone unable to provide acceptable proof of age may be refused entry without a refund.

3. Refunds & Ticket Transfers

• All ticket sales are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the event is cancelled or materially changed.
• Tickets cannot be refunded for change of mind, late arrival, failure to attend or refusal of entry due to a breach of these terms.
• Ticket transfers and resale are subject to Fatsoma’s policies and any restrictions stated on the ticket.
• If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable refund arrangements.

4. Entry Times & Re-entry

• Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to avoid queues.
• Entry may be refused after the advertised last-entry time.
• Re-entry is not guaranteed and is subject to venue management’s discretion.
• Late arrival does not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

5. Right of Admission

• London Hopshop and the venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is dangerous, abusive, disruptive, discriminatory or in breach of venue policies.
• Anti-social behaviour, harassment, violence and illegal activity will not be tolerated.
• No refund will be provided where entry is refused or an attendee is removed for breaching these terms, except where required by law.

6. Conduct & Security

• All attendees must comply with security instructions and venue rules.
• Searches may be conducted as a condition of entry.
• Illegal substances, weapons and prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
• Intoxicated individuals may be refused entry at the discretion of venue security.

7. Event Changes

• Line-ups, entertainment, timings and other event details may be subject to change.
• London Hopshop reserves the right to make reasonable changes where necessary for operational, safety or other legitimate reasons.
• Any material changes or cancellation will be communicated where reasonably practicable, and applicable legal rights will be respected.

8. Photography & Videography

• Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
• By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in crowd footage or event photographs.
• If you have concerns about identifiable promotional use of your image, please contact the event organiser.

9. Personal Belongings

• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
• London Hopshop and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen or unattended items, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Responsibility & Liability

• Attendees participate at their own risk and must act responsibly throughout the event.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or other non-excludable liability.

11. Acceptance of Terms

• By purchasing a ticket or attending HOPSHOP MANIA, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
• These terms are subject to applicable laws of England and Wales.
