UK’S BEST B-BOYS AND B-GIRLS COMPETE FOR A SHOT AT WORLD GLORY: RED BULL BC ONE WORLD FINAL TORONTO 2026

Red Bull announces details for this year’s Red Bull BC One Cypher UK breakdancing competition. On Saturday, April 11, 2026, Shoreditch Town Hall in London will come alive as the nation’s top b-boys and b-girls battle for the ultimate prize.

Open to breakers aged 16+, competitors will battle it out for the prestigious national breaking title and the chance to represent the UK on the world stage at the Red Bull BC One World Final in Toronto, Canada on November 29, 2026. On the night, there will be a special half-time performance from British MC and rapper Novelist.

The stakes are high, as one b-boy and one b-girl will earn the chance to fly to Toronto, Canada for the Red Bull BC One Last Chance Cypher 2026. There, they’ll compete against the best of the best for a coveted spot on the World Final stage.

This year’s Red Bull BC One Cypher UK competition is set to unite the breaking community, bringing together the best breakers from across the country. The event promises to be a high-energy showcase of breaking talent in dance in the UK. The finest b-boys and b-girls will bring their A-game, delivering jaw-dropping powermoves, intricate toprock steps, footwork, freezes, and spectacular tricks. Reigning champ B-Boy Sheku and 2024 winner B-Boy Cri6 will be returning to compete again for the title, after their heated final battles over the past two years – the fierce rivalry continues for 2026.

Pre-lims will be hosted by Rain Chilly from Rain Crew and breaking expert B-Girl Roxy, while Floorless Formz crew member Swifty and Kiss FM radio presenter Ellie Prohan will co-host the final itself.

This year’s line-up features six of the nation’s top b-boys and b-girls all ready to leave it on the floor, including:

B-BOYS

• B-Boy Sheku – professional breaker and barber originally from Plymouth now based in Devon, three-time Red Bull BC One Cypher UK winner, defending champion from 2025, represented the UK at the Red Bull BC One World Finals in Tokyo, known for using many "threads" (intricate, thread-like movements), describes his style as a "doodle book"
• B-Boy Cri6 – high-level competitor in the international breaking scene, originally from Morocco now based in London, has represented Morocco in major competitions like the Red Bull BC One World Final and Jeux de la Francophonie. Red Bull BC One Cypher UK 2024 champion, defeating B-Boy Sheku to take the title. El Mouwahidine and Lhiba Kingzoo crew member.
• B-Boy Gribz – professional b-boy from Newcastle, recognized for his stylish, toprock-focused breaking, Battalions crew member
• B-Boy Boogie – prominent b-boy from Derby, member of the Ill Warriorz crew

B-GIRLS

• B-Girl Munirat – prominent b-girl from Leeds, recognized for her unique style, skill, and for challenging gender stereotypes in breaking, competed in the 2024 and 2025 Red Bull BC One UK Cyphers, Reppin' Force10 and Leeds The Way crew member
• B-Girl Stefani – prominent b-girl originally from Ukraine now London-based, solo b-girl champion at the 2025 UK B-Boy Championships, competed at the 2025 Red Bull BC One World Final, 2024 Olympian, winner of Red Bull BC One Cypher UK 2023

Adding to the excitement, a panel of locally and globally renowned judges will bring their expertise to the stage. The esteemed judging panel includes:

• B-Boy LB – The first ever winner of Red Bull BC One UK Cypher in 2013, SMAC 19 crew member, competed at various national and international events including the 2022 European and World Breaking Championships
• B-Boy Roxrite – Award-winning competitive b-boy from San Diego, California. The eighth Red Bull BC One World Champion from 2011 – one of three breakers from the US to have claimed the Red Bull BC One World Championship title.
• B-Girl Ayu – Prominent Japanese breaker from the Goodfoot Crew, known for winning the 2016 Battle of the Year 2vs2 with her sister, B-Girl Ami.

B-Boy LB, 2026 judge, said: “It feels like a proper full-circle moment returning to Red Bull BC One Cypher UK 2026 as a judge, 13 years on from winning the first ever UK Cypher. Being one of the elders in the scene, having been an established breaker for so many years, it will be good to witness what the best of the UK b-boys and b-girls have got in store for us. Both the wildcards and established breakers have a chance at taking the title. It will be interesting to see who is on point on the night. I’m looking for breakers displaying their style, uniqueness and creativity, showing how much they want that title. I want to witness something I’ve never seen before in a battle.”
