1. It’s the runners responsibility to ensure they are in good enough physical health to complete the run and must disclose any medical conditions to the Promotor ahead of the run.
2. The Promotor reserves the right to prevent a runner from participating depending on any medical condition disclosed to them by a runner.
3. Runner’s agree that they are participating at their own risk.
4. The Promotor will not be liable in the event of cancellation of the run for any reason.
5. Runner’s must be 16 or over.
6. Runner’s consent to their image being shared on the Promotor’s social media channels if photographs are taken to promote or provide coverage of the run.
7. Any personal data collected by the Promotor will be used solely in accordance with the Promotor’s privacy policy.
8. The terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
