Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

We welcome children from 0-10 years old, as long as accompanied by an adult

What’s the refund policy?

There is a no refund policy but if you are unable to attend you may sell your tickets to someone else.

If the event is unable to proceed for any reasn then all ticket holders will be offered a free transfer to a future event or full refund.

How loud will it be?

After some feedback from the Halloween event we are running the 3 floors slightly differently this time. Our main dance room will have DJ's playing at a reduced volume (below 83db at all times). This is much quieter than our adult only sessions but still loud enough to give the full club experience.

Our Popworld floor will be running at a much lower level to cater for younger, more sensitive children.

Our top floor will be playing a pop, party and cheesy vibe and our main room will be a dance and hands in the air anthems, again all below 83db at all times.

Monitoring of sound levels will take place throughout the event.

Parents remain responsible for their children at all times.

Adult only groups are not admitted . A max of 3 children per adult in a family. If attending as a large party (more than two families) please ensure one adult to two children minimum.

We do not allow more than 3 adults per child. If for any reason there are more you will need to email us at rosies.chester@stonegategroup.co.uk before purchasing tickets

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred/sold on.

Each member of your group must have a ticket and pre-walking infants free (but ticketed).

The event will be busy with hundreds of people attending, to create a club experience. The dancefloor is for adults and children to dance together. It is not a ‘children’s party’ and our music covers the range of club genres such as Dance, House, DnB, RnB – depending on the DJ. We do not play ‘children’s music’ though will play current chart hits. Our DJs are not entertainers who interact directly with the crowd but rather expert club professionals playing sets as they would at clubs and festivals. Our top floor will have a more Christmas based playlist though.

Please be aware that events are standing/dancing with limited seating. Please wear babies in a sling on the dancefloor.

There will be low lighting (no strobes) so please allow a few minutes for your eyes to adjust when entering.

Each event is stewarded and risk assessed in advance.

Buggies must be left in buggy park and will not be allowed on the dance floor.

A licensed bar will be open during the event but no glass is permitted.

We may photograph or film small parts of the event and by entering you are giving your permission for these to be used for marketing purposes.

Music is played at a safe volume for everyone and monitored throughout event.
