Enter the jungle, and join us for UON's biggest night of Freshers 2020! We all know freshers week is going to be a different this year, with no night clubs likely to be open in 2020. We REFUSE to let freshers week be cancelled.  🙌

🦁 Most students throw themselves into the full experience and get the body paints involved to transform themselves into whatever caged creature lies inside... What will you unleash? 🦁

🎟 Tickets are on sale now, and as one of the only late-night venues opening during freshers week, we expect this event to completely sell out in advance. 🎟

Ticket only guarantees entry before 8:30pm. Management reserve the right to refuse entry. Doors open at 19:30, and please be patient and bare with us in these unprecedented times as we take you to your table.

⚠️ If government guidelines do change and this event is not allowed to go ahead, the date will be rearranged and tickets will still be valid, or alternatively refunds will be approved if guests can’t make the new event date. ⚠️

With this in mind we can confidently say this event will be going ahead this year even if nightclubs are not allowed to open! The host venue Bierkeller, has been open and busy since early July and have been following all government advice to ensure a safe environment. Spread across 3 floors with an incredible sound system, and the cheapest drinks in Nottingham including £1 shots, Bierkeller truly is Nottingham's favourite student venue… 🤪

So, expect a slightly different freshers week this year but the Zoo Party will not fail to disappoint. Serving steins from £4.50 bigger than your f**king head across 3 floors. Steins include cider/beer or cocktails (our personal favourite is the sex on the bench). With our resident DJ spinning the best dance, house, rnb, disco, and party anthems all night long throughout the venue😱 

There will be hand sanitizer around the venue, and table service throughout so you will not need to go to the bar to order drinks. We do ask for all groups to arrive in their bubbles as tables will be allocated in groups of 6. There will be no tickets available on the door, the only way to get in is buying a ticket in advance. Tables will be allocated on a first come first served basis, across all 3 floors. We are following all coronavirus government rules and guidelines so groups must stay at their tables to minimise contact otherwise they will be asked to leave. We advise coming early in your bubble of 6 if you would like to get a table downstairs, as once the basement is full, there will only be seating available on the other 2 floors and it is not possible to queue for downstairs due to social distancing.

*Q-Jump tickets only entitle Q-jump into the building, not into the downstairs in Bierkeller.
