Held at the stunning Three Lakes Venue overlooking spectacular views of the lakes from the hill top. Be one with nature as you are guided through, mindfulness, meditation, gentle stretches, vinyasa flow Yoga, sun salutations finishing with Yoga Nidra to leave you fully relaxed and restored.
