Let's Get Real is an interactive evening of deepening our self-awareness through playing relating games/exercises. These inspire more authentic expression inevitably developing more clarity and capacity in how we relate to ourselves and the world around us.

Would you like to be able to express your emotions and feelings in what you consider a more healthy way?
Would you like to better know your boundaries and ways to communicate them more effectively?
Would you like to connect more to your curiosity and play more?
Would you like to feel more confident communicating your wants/needs/desires?
Would you like to let go of patterns and habits that show up in your relationships?
* * *
Curiosity and play is at the core of our sessions and we invite all participant’s to play to their ‘edge’ whilst in full respect of their own boundaries. You are in the driving seat of your experience at all times and all 'yes's' and 'no's' are equally welcomed and celebrated.
If you feel curious to come, how would it be for you to follow that curiosity? Perhaps this means stepping out of your comfort zone? What might happen if you do that?
For us, this is where the gold is! Where we grow, evolve, expand and learn more about what we want, need and desire in our lives.
