Based on using the Law of attraction principles (what you focus your attention on you attract more of) I have combined powerful energy healing modalities, tools & techniques, using focused meditation & specific movement of the body that activate each energy center, along with sound therapy using mainly our own vocals (specific to each chakra) and Solfreggio frequencies & other sound waves that heal on a cellular level.

To facilitate this process, powerful rhyming affirmations specific to each energy center which i have written my self, that remove limiting beliefs, and replace them with new ones.
