Essential Life Skills

Ziferblat are hosting the “Essential Life Skills” self-improvement program on alternate Wednesday evenings.

Led by MediaCityUK’s resident holistic hypnotherapist and self-development coach Costa Lambrias, this 6-part series is going to challenge your concepts and limitations about what you as a human being can do for yourself and others.

We kick off with Healing on Wednesday 19th July at 6.15pm. If you or anyone you know or love has any physical pain, please attend to receive healing. It’s important that no painkillers are taken beforehand so that the effectiveness of the healing can be measured. Then Costa will demonstrate how you too can heal others! This is just one of your essential life skills.

Other topics to be covered every fortnight include Emotions, Confidence & Self-Esteem, Taking Time Out, Self-Hypnosis, Consciousness & the Spiritual Self, and The Weird & Wonderful.
