60 minute Hatha Yoga class suitable for beginners and intermediate students.
We use the time to practice a range of yoga asanas, we work in using the breath for relaxation and a selection of meditations, mudras and chants to bring some of the real essence of yoga into our practice.
It’s physical and spiritual practice combined. The aim is a relaxing and revitalising class designed to uplift and inspire yoga students for the week ahead and to teach them the correct alignment and breathing for each posture.
Can students be advised to bring a mat too as I have limited spares?
