Hey Brisbane singles!

New year, new goals, new connections 💫 This one’s for our fitness lovers aged under 35 who want to kick off their weekend - and their New Year resolutions - with a feel-good sweat session and a well-earned caffeine hit 😍

We’ll be heading to Orleigh Park in West End for a 45-minute bodyweight workout with Tim from Studio 99, followed by coffee and the chance to mingle at Cordeaux Social Club 💘

The workout is circuit-style and fully scalable for all fitness levels - perfect whether your resolution is to move more, try something new, or just get out of the house (don’t worry, we won’t leave you too sweaty 😉). Please bring a towel, as some exercises may require lying on the ground.

Please arrive from 6:45am - we’ll start at 7:00am sharp to beat the Brisbane heat ☀️
