Tray Wellington is a high energy Progressive Bluegrass & Roots artist. Tray has been acclaimed in the Wall Street Journal as "breaking right through sub genre boundaries. If bluegrass is about spotlighting virtuosos, here’s a new one people will be checking in on for some time to come" Trat comes equipped with anything from catchy originals to a Roy Hargrove tune to even a Kid Cudi cover.

Tray was nominated for the 2023 IBMA New Artist of the Year Award as well as the winner of the 2019 IBMA Momentum Instrumentalist of the Year. Tray is joined by bandmate Nick Weitzenfeld on guitar.
