Exeter’s most popular student music collective returns for another eclectic night of electronic music across 4 rooms at Exeter Phoenix.

The Christmas DJ Showcase was quite the climax to a memorable term for underground nightlife in Exeter. Some of the hottest names in dance music performed at the Cavern, the Lemon Grove and Exeter Phoenix including Waze & Odyssey, Sigma, Star Slinger and DJ Zinc. These artists represented different genres in the dance music spectrum and the DJ Showcase aims to represent this diversity across the multiple rooms at Exeter Phoenix.

Hold It Down and Our House will be joined again by Exit, who were on the bill for the first instalment back in September. The Exam Week DJ Showcase sees a new brand enter the collective- Mahatma Music.

Mahatma Music is a relatively new brand on the Exeter scene, but they have been hosting regular events at the Cavern, which mix acoustic bands with DJs.

This event follows the Hijacked Festival Launch Party on Saturday 10th January, in a period which kickstarts the build up to the hotly anticipated festival in May.

In addition Hannah Wants, Dusky and DJ EZ are already confirmed for Exeter in 2015, while exciting new shows from Exit and Our House are soon to be announced.
