Softshell

Softshell is a joint exhibition by artists Sickacidpuppies and Fishlure Studio, featuring a film screening, curated illustrations, and a pop-up store.

Sickacidpuppies appreciates the use of numerous creative forms to produce multi-layered responses. Her film ‘Pain Journal’ is a delicate self-portrait which uses a stream-of-consciousness style of storytelling to explore themes of post-adolescent disconnect.

Fishlure Studio is the brainchild of Singaporean artist and illustrator Jess. Her world is mostly inspired by lucid dreams, and the organic textures found in fishes and insects. She presents a whimsical collection of illustrations and a pop-up store of stickers and prints for you to take home.
