Pre-order your wristband online & pick-up at our official wristband pick-up points.

You can collect your wristband(s) from Ask Italian (The Grand Assembly Rooms, Blake St, York YO1 8QG) from Monday 31st March 2025 daily between 11.30am - 5pm or The Botanist (15-19 Stonegate, York, YO1 8ZW) from Thursday 3rd April. Daily from 11am - 8pm.

At our collection point, all you have to do is show the staff your ticket barcode which will be scanned and exchanged for a wristband.

You will get 1 barcode for every ticket you have purchased.
