We're back at the Hop & Hazelwood with Tyldesley's monthly comedy night - showcasing the very best comedians in the country and headlined by the hilarious JACK CARROLL! 🤣

JACK CARROLL

Jack Carroll is a 23 Year Old Comedian, Actor and Writer. He starred in CBBC sketch show Vic Reeves ‘Ministry of Curious Stuff’ aged 11, won a Pride of Britain award at 12, was runner-up on Britain’s Got Talent aged 14 and was nominated for a National Soap Award aged 15 for his appearance in Doctors. What he did when he was 13 remains a mystery.

Since then, he’s made stand-up appearances on Live at the Apollo, Frankie Boyle’s New World Order, acted in 4 series of Sky 1 Sitcom Trollied and starred in feature film Eaten By Lions.

As well as acting and stand up, he is a graduate of the BBC Writersroom. His other attributes include Cerebral palsy, an amazing ability to write about himself in the third person, his brilliant intellect and his modesty.

DAVID EAGLE

David Eagle is one of the funniest, fastest rising acts on the comedy circuit. He recently starred on BBC Radio 4’s “Now Show” and performs at the UK’s top comedy clubs every week.

With David being blind, his comedy often explores how his disability means the most ordinary, commonplace events are turned into surreal and convoluted dramas. Occasionally he dons his accordion (often as a spiteful repost to hecklers) and performs one of his comedy songs, such as his George Formby parody, described by the Guardian as “a comic tour de force.”

Jack Miller is a fast-rising stand-up comedian from Liverpool, A regular on the UK comedy circuit, Jack performs at some of the country’s most respected venues, including Hot Water Comedy Club and Manford’s Comedy Clubs, where he’s built a reputation for his quick thinking, relatable humour, and ability to connect with any crowd.

 Jack Kelly is a proper nice lad from up North. In 2026, he came third in the prestigious Leicester Comedian Of The Year, a competition previously won (and lost) by some of the biggest names in comedy.His sharp wit and affable charm makes Jack a big hit with mainstream audiences. British Comedy Guide says he has “hilarious anecdotes” and Bolton FM called him “an exceptional comedian”.

He’s written for BBC Radio 4’s Newsjack, has featured on BBC Upload, and his act was described as “very funny” by BBC Radio 2.Jack is also a well respected MC - in 2020 he co-founder the award-winning Laughięnda Comedy Club and runs various professional comedy nights across Manchester.
