Saturday | Sweat & Spark (Under 35) | New Farm

Hey Brisbane singles!

This one's for our under 35 fitness lovers who like to kick start their weekend with a lil sweat sesh and caffeine hit 😍. We'll be hitting up Merthyr Park in New Farm for a 45-minute workout with Tim from Studio 99, followed by a coffee and an opportunity to mingle at Officers Mess! 💘

The workout will be a bodyweight circuit style workout, suitable and scalable for all levels of ability and fitness (don't worry - we don’t leave you TOO sweaty 😉).

Check out the diagram below for exactly where we'll be in Merthyr Park and Officers Mess is a short walk away.

Please arrive from 7:45am (at the spot on the diagram below) for a 8:00am start!
