Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, dive into a gorgeous mix of Belly Dance with fusion elements from other dance styles, taught by Nasha. Through Nasha's approach + style, you'll unlock a truly unique & dynamic dance experience.
No choreography involved just having fun training the basic moves and improving one's dance skills, confidence on the dancefloor, strength, and full body flexibility.
Class includes :
Breakdown of technique, various isolations, and patterns at different speeds, sometimes also adding in some short combinations. This will help improve and maintain skills of all abilities. You can never train too much of the basics as they can always get cleaner, and this class is designed to refine your skills to help you grow as a dancer.
These classes aim to tap into your femininity, fitness, and dance flow.

Arrive 5 mins before class time. Enter Studio 3 at class time; if earlier, wait for Nasha to admit you a few minutes before class. Please provide your full name(s) for attendance.
