Sweat, Strength & Sip a feel-good girls’ workout designed to help you move your body, build strength, and connect with like-minded women in a fun, welcoming space.
We’ll kick things off at Oxygen Fitness with a guided strength workout (all levels welcome). This is not about being the fittest in the room. It’s about showing up, trying something new, and supporting one another.
After the workout, we’ll cool down, chat, and head out together for milkshakes because balance matters and connection is built both on and off the mat.
