What to expect;
On arrival, a welcome glass of my homemade brew of Orange & Mint Prosseco
Our cookery session will start with an introduction to Moroccan spices used in our menu.
Make your own ras-el-hanout spice mix and Harissa paste Moroccan
Spiced Carrot Soup with roasted pumpkin seeds
Vegetable Tagine with Aubergines and seasonal vegetables.
Saffron Cous Cous with pomegranates Master a recipe for a flavourful couscous with saffron.
For dessert, you will create a delightful Chocolate Dates with Almonds & Pistachios (gluten & nut free alternative available)Light but glorious little treats
Moroccan Mint Tea with hibiscus flowers
Recipe sheets will be provided and the spice mix you make will be elegantly packed for you to take home.
Please advise on dietary requirements. Please note that nuts are regularly used in my kitchen.
Bring your favourite drink, beers or a light wine to go well with spices.
