Brick City Funk w/ The Reflex

Brick City Funk are back. And they’re ready to funk you up with more of the best live acts and DJs on the circuit.

In the realm of funk and soul, there’s one man who delivers the freshest cuts and most imaginative arrangements…The Reflex, and Brick City Funk have lined up the pioneering DJ for a massive 90-minute headline set.

The Reflex boasts Nile Rodgers and Disclosure as fans and his mixes have found airtime with Giles Peterson, Craig Charles, and Rob Da Bank. There are edits, and then there are Reflex edits. Expect some next level revisions.

World class DJ, hip-hop producer, and former Scratch Pervert and DMC Champion Mr Thing is also lined up for Brick City. As a seasoned DJ capable of rocking any party, Mr Thing’s turntablist skills are unparalleled - you don't win DMC twice without having a few tricks up your sleeve.

DJ Shepdog, the man behind the hugely popular label Nice Up, will be on hand to serve up the best in reggae and hip hop, alongside some of his revered remixes such as “Bigger Than Jamrock” and “Skanking In The Way Of Control”.

Live funk on the night will come from The Collective, with additional DJ sets from, Gilla (First Word), Bobafatt (Itch FM), Elwood (Gin and Juice), Ed Word (Boogie Nights), Alex Black (Sounds Like Music), Joe Kane (Vagabondz), and Jack Vagabondz (Outlook).
