6.45 - 7.00pm : Report for boarding

7.00 - 7.15 pm : Guest boarding

7.30pm sharp : Boat leaves from Temple Pier

11.30pm : Boat returns to Temple Pier

Please be on time as the boat cannot be held for any guests running late.

ABOUT THE EVENT

It’s time to get out of your shell and enjoy the summer. Let’s celebrate the end of lockdown with a Thames Boat Party to remember!

Sail past London's famous landmarks as you party on the Golden Jubilee. The boat will cruise down the Thames river passing The Houses of Parliament, London Eye, St Pauls Cathedral, The Shard Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Canary Wharf, The O2, Greenwich and the Thames Barrier. 

2 Decks, 2 Bars, dance floor and Open-Air  sundeck on board.  Indian street food style snacks by Passion Events catering available for purchase. Drinks bars takes cash and credit/debit cards. Food cash only.

Later on that night the fun continues at Sway Bar, 7-8 minutes walk away in Holborn. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the ground floor Bar & Kitchen room with large dancefloor area, VIP booths and drinks bar. Additional After Party Only ticket holders / guests will join here.

TICKET REFUNDS

All tickets purchased in advance are non-refundable and non-transferable. They apply to this event only.

Tables at the boat party must be claimed upon boarding. 

Tables at the after party must be claimed by 12.30am. 

COVID SAFEGUARDS
- Santiser provided on entry and at other points around the boat and venue.
- Guests permitted to wear masks inside the boat and after party venue if they wish.
- Venue staff will be wearing masks.
- The boat and after party venue have good quality air ventilation system installed.
- Robust cleaning regime will be in place, with staff regularly cleaning and sanitising washrooms facilities and all touchpoints.

COVID 19 POLICY 

Tickets purchased for the Saturday 17th July 2021 Big Bollywood Boat and After Party which was postponed, will now be valid for this Big Bollywood Boat and After Party on Friday 6th August 2021.

In the case of the UK Government Covid-19 guidelines changing and a new lockdown bring enforced, the event will be rescheduled to a later date. 

All ticket holders in this scenario would be offered a refund (face value of ticket, minus booking fee) or the option to have their tickets transferred to the new boat party date on Saturday 18th September 2021.

DRESS CODE: SMART / CASUAL / BOLLYWOOD

No sportswear, caps, hoods or ripped denim. 

Smart denim and trainers permitted.
