Each space selected for SOFAR FRINGE brings its own character, community, and cultural contribution:

83 Rivington Street
A newly refurbished, 9,000 sq ft space built into three dramatic railway arches in the beating heart of Shoreditch.

BOXHALL Liverpool Street
A collection of unique dining experiences (14 kitchens!) featuring the best of London’s food scene in a vibrant and dynamic setting.

BOXPARK Shoreditch
The original shipping-container shopping mall, now a Shoreditch landmark blending food, fashion, and live events from top independent promoters.

Bread and Butter Lounge
What started as a Depop shop in a bedroom is now a three-story vintage creative hub in Shoreditch.

The Common Press
London’s only queer, intersectional bookshop, café, and events space—offering over 7,000 books and a safe haven for inclusive culture and radical conversation.

D’Stassi Art
An inclusive, anti-elitist art gallery spotlighting global emerging artists through immersive and storytelling-led exhibitions.

  • Sacred
A cinematic Grade I listed deconsecrated church-turned-breathtaking-venue with vaulted gothic ceilings, stained glass, and 500-person capacity.

  • Shoreditch Town Hall, Council Chamber
One of London’s grandest former civic buildings; now a vibrant community and live events venue that appeared in recent Netflix shows Baby Reindeer and Too Much.

  • Shoreditch Treehouse
A lush, high-ceilinged loft space rooted in musical discovery—founded on a love for live performance and a Steinway Concert Grand Piano that started it all.
