Event FAQ

Can I choose which channel of music I listen to?

- Yes, You get to choose from channel 1 (80s) or channel 2 (90s) with a simple switch on the side of your headphones

Does the ticket include use of the wireless headphones?

- Yes, your ticket includes the use of the silent disco headphones, we just require a refundable deposit of £10 per headset (which is returned to you when you hand your headphones back in *deposits can be paid in cash or card)

Will the venue be serving soft and alcoholic drinks?

- Yes, the venue serve a wide range of non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages

What does the VIP upgrade get me?

- Entry 20 minutes before general admission tickets, access to any seating at the venue (please note each venue is different and some seating could be limited) it is first come first served. A flashing glow batten and glow stick, and not forgetting access to the music 20 minutes before anyone else.

Are tickets refundable?

- Unfortunately not, but you are more than welcome to sell them into someone else if you can not make the date

Is there LIVE DJ's playing the music?

- Yes absolutely, We only use the biggest and best DJs at all our events, They create our unique and amazing atmosphere, exactly what we are known for.
