So, it has come to the point that with no more government guidance, 'Freshers' as a HUGE Clubbing Experience may not be able to go ahead this academic year (Never say never though 👀) and so, Milkshake and London Freshers Guide have put together a SOCIALLY Distant 😍 Freshers Experience for September to October 2020 🚨

Freshers is 100% Happening ✔️ But it may need to be socially distant, and so we've formulated the ultimate calendar of events which CAN 100% OPERATE in Socially Distant London Venues, Clubs & Outdoor Spaces 🔥🔥

These include: Social Parties, Film Nights, Bingo Events, Day Parties, Brunches, Suppers & More!

All of which will ensure both students can socially distant, yet still have that WELCOME TO LONDON Freshers Experience! Win or Lose We're On The Booze so get ready for #Freshers2020

Although tickets can be bought for all events on their own, we have set up passes which you can purchase for each week which get you access to all the socially distant events that week!

So, this year we have created a Socially Distant Freshers Pass for Each week of Freshers 2020. 
The pass will cover entry to all the events that week (Between 3 and 5) 
The pass will be digital and sent to you via email after you have purchased them

Socially Distant Pass Week 1: Valid Monday 14th, Tuesday 15th & Thursday 17th
Socially Distant Pass Week 2: Valid Monday 21st, Tuesday 22nd, Thursday 24th, Friday 25th and Sunday 27th
Socially Distant Pass Week 3: Valid Monday 28th, Tuesday 29th, Thursday Oct 1st, Sunday 4th 
Socially Distant Pass Week 4: Valid Monday October 5th, Tuesday 6th, Thursday 8th and Sunday 11th! 

All you do is select the week in which you want to attend the events off, then purchase the pass!

All events involved in this Pass are 18+ and Gov issued ID Will be required to attend (Driving Licence or Passport). All Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and can only be used once (per event) (unless we go into a second lockdown and so everything will be refunded)

Passes can only be used by the person who buys them (you can buy for friends just let us know who you're buying them for) this is due to the UK using Track and trace at events. so we need to know who's attending.

Some events require you to let us know who you're attending with, so we will contact you to ask, this is so we can allocate you tables or spaces with friends etc at the events. If you do however, know who your attending with, just let us know  - See all the individual events info for specifics on this topic! 

For the Brunches, each date included has 2 sessions, some with different themes, but some just with different times, and so for these you must pick which time on the day you want to attend and let us know in advance. If you do this too late and your chosen one is fully subscribed, you will have to attend the other session. 

And for those with a Week 2 Pass, you need to select which Session of the Holler Back Terrace party you want to attend, you have the choice between day and evening. Please contact us a MINIMUM of 2 days before the event to confirm. Once a slot fills up we can't do anything about that.

How Much Will Tickets Be? - Tickets will be ranged from £8-£60 for passes and single events.

How Old Do You Need To Be To Attend? - All Events are 18+

We have a birthday to organise / We have a sports team or society to organise an event for, can we get discounted group tickets / Perks?  -- Yes, please email us Freshers@milkshakeevents.com to enquire! 

Does this mean other Freshers Events not included in this will be cancelled? - Yes they've all been postponed. 

I've Already Bought Other Freshers tickets, what happens to those tickets? - Any other freshers events in spaces which can't socially distant/open, will be postponed and your tickets will be valid for the New Big Freshers Events Week, and if they are cancelled you will be fully refunded.

Should I Still Buy Regular Freshers Tickets? - Yes, the main freshers has been moved to January and will be massive; Get them now from www.freshers2020.com
