Liberty Music x Werkhaus: #WERKINMUSIC

Liberty Music x Werkhaus London are proud to present: #WERKINMUSIC, a panelist event aimed as young people looking to break their way into the music industry. The event will be a mix of panel conversations, with a Q&A, focusing on the stories and highlights of each panelist. There will also be the opportunity for networking, and the event will have a sharp focus on how aspiring young people can create a career for themselves in what is certainly a challenging, but more so incredibly exciting and inspiring industry

Guest speakers on the night will be:

Alexandra Ampofo - Associate Promoter at Metropolis Music, and founder at Women Connect and Acoustic Live
Mich Wade Cole - Digital Marketing Manager at Believe UK

The panel will be hosted by Lily Batten: Lily has worked in music PR for five years, for a range of big and small artists at Impressive PR, Infectious PR, Liberty Music PR and freelance. She has co-ran press tents at large festivals and worked on guestlists for charity and non-charity events. Campaigns have included work with KDA, Tiesto, Keir, Alex Mali, Jess Glynne and labels including Universal and Sony. Currently working as a senior music publicist for Liberty Music PR, Lily oversees members of the team and manages campaigns from start to finish. Lily is also helping Crosstown management on the side, as well as a Management (Marketing) Masters at the University of Bristol. She specialises in branding for musicians, refining their press appeal, and creating engaging creative angles that they can move forward with.
