INTRO TO PILATES:
For people new to Pilates. You will master your A, B, C's (Alignment, Breathing, Core Stability) through a range of Beginner exercises and open the door to other classes. Best done as a term for progression to other class levels. If most participants book the term it will progress into a Beginners level Core Pilates Class.
CORE PILATES
A balanced, effective, total body workout - with particular focus on your core. Beginner or Beginner/Intermediate level, please discuss with me about what level is right for you.
PRICING
Block book a term for a discounted price of just £8 per class.
Drop in class only £10 if space available.
