REVOLT Presents: FATECRIMES + FANCHON + drainfly + Emily Volt

REVOLT transforms Brighton venues into spaces of solidarity, amplifying emerging artists to raise crucial funds for medical and healthcare relief in Palestine.

What's happening in Gaza is not just a crisis, it is the destruction of an entire society.

For more than two years, Israel's military campaign has created a catastrophic humanitarian emergency. Since October 2023, at least 72,740 people have been killed, and more than 172,192 have been injured, the vast majority civilians, including tens of thousands of women and children. Many more deaths continue to be recorded as bodies are recovered and violence persists.

Famine-level conditions are spreading, with large numbers of children suffering from acute malnutrition and urgently needing food, clean water, and medical care. Access to essential supplies is being severely restricted. Gaza's health system has been systematically devastated: at least 94% of hospitals and healthcare facilities have been damaged or destroyed, and 735 attacks on healthcare have been documented since October 2023.

Despite global protests demanding a ceasefire, Western governments, including the UK, continue to provide weapons and political support to Israel, enabling this devastation to continue.

Humanitarian aid remains blocked or constrained, but donations to trusted medical and relief organisations are a vital lifeline. In Gaza, where people are being denied their basic rights and means to survive, every act of solidarity matters.

FATECRIMES

Founded in 2024 thanks to the recommendation of a mutual friend, the independent duo made a strong entry to the Brighton scene with a string of live shows and their debut single, HELIOSPHERE. Wasting no time, they followed this with a run of singles leading up to their first, self-funded, full-length album: AS ABOVE / SO BELOW, set for release in the Autumn
of 2026.

Formed of Guitarist/Vocalist Anna and Drummer Orla, the duo frequently astonish sound engineers with how much sound only two musicians can produce. Paying homage to the pop stars of the early 00s, Anna utilises a headset mic to dance across the stage, allowing the dynamics of FATECRIMES’ live performance to flow with that of their music, as Orla lets loose on the kit behind.
Having performed a number of headline shows across Brighton at venues including The Prince Albert, The Rossi Bar, and The Folklore Rooms, FATECRIMES are set to perform at a couple of local festivals over summer/autumn 2026 in both Brighton and London, including the FEMROCK ALL-DAYER at Dalton’s, Brighton Beach.

FANCHON

FANCHON isa London-based post-grunge and dreamcore band formed by French-born vocalist and guitarist Fanchon Dehillotte. Known for blending poetic lyrics and "power in softness" vocals with heavy, atmospheric instrumentals, the group's sound draws influences from acts like the Deftones and Alice in Chains.

drainfly

Drainfly is a London-based folk post-punk quartet that creates a "harmonic mash of haunting ambience and dynamic distortion". Emerging from the underground veins of the "Windmill Scene" in Brixton, the band blends ethereal guitars and industrial drums with rural-rooted lyricism.

Emily Volt

Emily Volt is a rising London-based, German-born alternative rock singer-songwriter whose sound blends heavy, guitar-driven attitude with raw emotional storytelling. Drawing heavily from 90s and 00s alternative rock icons like Deftones, Paramore, Evanescence, and Queens of the Stone Age, she delivers an intense brand of "rock theatre" focused on themes of trauma, anger, and self-acceptance.
