Self Love Retreat Day

This Self Love Retreat Day is happening Saturday 15th October and I really hope it happens with YOU.

When: Saturday 15th October 1.45pm-8.45pm

About: On Saturday 15th October I will be hosting a truly nourishing retreat day. Instead of lunch together we are going to enjoy supper altogether instead, welcoming the evening sunset whilst getting cosy by the fire. It has been my dream to create more time where we can really get to know each other and not in a rushed 5 minutes after a class has finished, so I thought it’d be the perfect end to the day.

Please note this event is for women only 😊- sorry guys, we still love you!

This is open to all of my members as well as the public so make sure you act quick if you want to come.

Timings 1.45pm - 8.45pm

13:45: Arrival, settle in the space

14:00 - 15:00: Cacao Ceremony with Breathwork Activation, Meditation & Opening Circle

15:00 – 17:00: Ecstatic Dance Workshop into Crystal Bowl Sound Healing

17:00 - 17:30: Optional Share Time

17:30 - 18:30: Nourishing Vegan Dinner

18:30 - 20:30 Women's Circle & Group EFT Tapping Session including Powerful Releasing Burning Ceremony

20:30 – 20:45: Hugs & Goodbyes

20:45: FINISH
