SAFEGUARDING POLICY

In order to provide a safe environment during our events, concerts and festivals, we have different processes that everyone must go through before, during and after the event.

There is SIA security and police presence. Bag searches, pat downs and metal detectors will be in operation as a condition to enter.

No alcohol should be brought into the venues. Anyone attending with alcohol or turning up intoxicated will be refused entry, parents will be contacted and police will be informed.

Breathalysers and drug dogs will be in operation

Anyone found with any form of weapon will be refused entry, detained by security and police will be called.

First aiders are present at all events

Free unlimited soft drinks including water are available at the bars within the premises of our events

Some items are not allowed into our events, including: Chewing gum, balaclavas, alcohol, hand sanitiser, sharp objects,  sprays or liquids, phone chargers.

The events we host are a safe socialising environment. We have a STRICT zero tolerance policy regarding violence and anti-social behaviour before, during or after events. This includes fighting, bullying, discrimination, rudeness to public or staff and criminal damage. Anyone displaying any of these behaviours will be permanently banned from the Lost world Tour.

PARENTS & GUARDIANS :

Please note for the safety of the security,  body cams are permitted to be used if we see fit.  

We hold the right to refuse entry to any individual who does not seem in a fit state to be at an Under 18s event, we show zero tolerance to anyone demonstrating anti-social behaviour, bullying, intoxication or generally not following our guidelines. These people will be removed and banned from all future events, as the safety to our guests is our number one priority. We do not take responsibility for how your children turn up to our events, if we think that underage drinking has gone on, we will deny entry, offer water and a safe place to reside whilst a parent or guardian is contacted to collect them. A breathalyser will be used to confirm.

If your child has been banned, and they still purchase a ticket, they will be denied entry and no refunds will be given. If they are escorted out of the premises, we would advise you to take this as that they are not welcome back at our events.

If you wish for your child to not be photographed, we cannot take responsibility for this. We have professional photographers and videographers at our events for promotional purposes only. You can tell your child to avoid the cameras, do not purchase a meet and greet ticket (Celebrity Appearance events only), or do not attend the events. We do not give any third party the right to use our photographs, video footage.

COVID 19
We have waited for as long as necessary until the government have deemed it safe for events like this to proceed. All regulations and precautions will be followed such as sanitation practices by the nightclub. Masks are not a legal requirement, therefore we cannot push you to wear them, however we want to keep everyone including ourselves as safe as possible, so if you have symptoms or have been around anyone with symptoms or with a positive test, please do not come to the event
